We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so you have 30 days from the date of purchase to send it back for a refund.
To be eligible for a refund/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please note: we do not refund shipping fees. If customer used a 'free shipping' code at checkout, we will refund the total order amount minus $4.95 for the cost of shipping. ($6.95 if it was heavy goods). International shipping varies, please contact us.
Please include your name and order # when sending back items. Once we receive your items, we will contact you via email and the refund will be processed, the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note some credit card companies take a few days to process the credit.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.

Standard shipping is through USPS First Class, unless otherwise selected at checkout. Standard shipping within USA takes 4-7 business days from the time it ships. International orders ship with USPS First Class International and can take anywhere from 3-5 weeks, please keep that in mind when ordering. If you need the products sooner, please contact us to send through other means at an additional charge.
International orders: We are not responsible for custom fees. Each country varies and it is the responsibility of the customer to find out the cost, if any.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
